WHAT IS THIS?
Our diet optimisation program aims to help people take charge of their own nutrition in the easiest and most convenient way possible. There are no food restrictions and meal plans, nor do you need to go through the hassle of buying specific food or cooking meals everyday. In Singapore, it is possible to get a nutritious diet which will complement your gym training without cooking every single time!
At the end of this program, you can expect to meet, or be well on your way to, your weight goals that you set at the start of the program. You will also learn the intricacies of calorie and macronutrient counting, and know how to eat healthily while not sacrificing your favourite foods and drinks.
