Package Details
All packages are described on our website, including the number of sessions, duration, and any additional benefits. Details are subject to change with prior notice.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include Paynow, Paylah, Google Pay, and debit/credit card. Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once a package is purchased. If you need to cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule, unless you have a personal emergency.

Session Booking and Cancellation
Sessions must be booked in advance via message with us.

Expiration of Packages
All packages must be used within the stated number of months from the date of the first session. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited.

Health and Safety
Clients are required to complete a health questionnaire or answer health-related questions from us before starting any training program. It is essential to inform us of any medical conditions or injuries.

Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to adhere to a respectful code of conduct during training sessions. Our trainers are still people! Any inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of the service without refund.

Liability Waiver
By purchasing our packages, you acknowledge that you are participating in physical activities at your own risk. LTH Fitness, its trainers, and staff are not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur.

Personal Data
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

Amendments to Terms
LTH Fitness reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
