Going to the gym with a friend, colleague, family member or spouse can drive the both of you to push harder, form a closer bond during shared activities, and hold each other accountable to go to the gym. This greatly boosts progress in the gym for both you and your gym buddy, and accountability will ensure that the both of you will consistently stay healthy, whether be it in the gym or other forms of exercise, for a long time to come.

We recognise the many benefits of having a long-term gym buddy to maintaining consistency in the gym, and have adapted our classic 1-on-1 coaching methodology to our pair sessions, producing significant results for all of our pair session clients. DURATION
All sessions, with the exception of the truncated session, are 90 minutes long each.

NO HIDDEN COSTS
We do not have any hidden costs or additional fees tacked on to the session fees, with the exception of the entrance fees to the gym. Any consultations or discussions that we need to do with you, we will not do it during the session. This is to make sure that when you pay for 90 minutes of training, we will deliver.
WHAT DO YOU START WITH? ​
Every client can first start with 2 trial sessions to try out our services, and for us to get a better idea of your physical capabilities! This will help us to shape the eventual personalised routine with your long-term goals in mind.​

After the 2 trial sessions, you can choose to continue with ad-hoc sessions, ad-hoc truncated sessions, or go straight for our session packages. We can also recommend which choice is the best for you based on your desired goals and budget.

You can also choose to convert anytime from your existing session structure (ad-hoc, ad-hoc truncated or session packages) to any of the other 2 structures! For session packages, you will need to finish the whole package before switching session structures.​​​
